My first contact with Natalia was about a year ago when we were starting to look into buying a bigger car for our family (having 4 kids takes its toll). Since then, we’ve been to multiple car dealers but couldn’t justify paying 60-80k for just a car! Then we’ve decided that enough is enough and we NEED something NOW. Natalia was expecting delivery of several budget Estimas and we’ve committed to buy one of them. From very beginning communication was at the highest possible level. We knew when cars arrived at port, when they’ve went to compliance and even when they’ve been washed. So, if you are like me and hate waiting - it didn’t feel like waiting at all! When we’ve first seen available cars, Natalia was very knowledgeable about their options, she made sure we can spend as much time looking, touching, pushing and pulling all buttons as we want, and she wasn’t pushy as many secondhand car dealers are. When we’ve chosen OUR Estima, we’ve left a deposit and asked Natalia to make some adjustments to car options, she was happy to help and again, we’ve been informed every step of the way of the progress. Now we are the proud owners of 8 full size-seater car where we have smart stereo with CarPlay, huge DVD screen, allow wheels and roof racks, electric doors and premium interior finishes, and it’s all for less than 15k!!! My kids said that they feel “like a celebrity” when I pick them up from school and doors are magically opens in front of them! Our whole experience with Best People movers was seamless, exciting, and Natalia even gifted a bottle of wine (asking beforehand what we liked!) and sweets for kids to seal the deal! I was looking for a bigger car that can transport 6 people comfortably. Being in Canberra, I had my options limited, and while I was learning about 7-seater people movers, I found out about imported Nissan Elgrand - and then about Best People Movers (BPMs) in Sydney. Nissan Elgrand looked as an excellent choice in a very limited market of real people movers (and no, most 7 seater cars are not even comparable for comfort, as I have one of those too). BPMs is a small company, and if you compare them to big dealers - it is like comparing a boutique shop to a department store. So I asked the owner, Natalia, a lot of questions, and also watched a few of her videos on BPM facebook page - after that I was comfortable enough to go with the "grey import" vehicle. Natalia's communication is as good as it gets. I got an impression that BPM chooses only higher quality used vehicles at auctions in Japan. (Read about Japanese auction grades before buying an imported vehicle!) I asked some other dealers about their cars, and most had much worse auction grade, and this easily explains why their cars may appear slightly cheaper. So I just went in Sydney, bought the car and drove it back to Canberra. All the required checks and compliance works have been done by BPM perfectly, and the car passed ACT inspection flawlessly. A bit about the car - I really enjoy every minute I am driving it, drives like new, top condition. Some people say that it consumes much fuel, but what do you expect with about 300hp of power under the bonnet?
