Natalia is a gem of a person and very down to earth and for me that's what makes her a good and trustworthy salesperson. Even if you had a thousand questions, she would patiently answer them all. She shows you everything about the car and doesn't hide anything to make everything as transparent as possible.

I enjoyed the buying experience and the car that I got was perfect for me and my family and it drives so well. No regrets making the long 2.5 hour journey to Kirawee and back to check the car out and eventually get it.

Bought a Toyota Estima from Best People Movers in August 2016 after spending a few months of Saturdays checking out Estimas literally right across Sydney - started close to home in the north and visited every yard I could find that sold vans. Yeah, I'm fussy when it comes to cars. I knew exactly what I wanted: a quality Estima (cheaper than Tarago with more extras) for a good price, and one that had never been smoked in - and believe me, that's an extremely tough ask these days. BPM was one of the very last places I visited, having almost given up. Natalia didn't just have one good car in stock - she had several that fit the bill perfectly. Great price, great quality, very friendly and professional salesperson - rare amongst car dealerships. A couple of months in the starter motor died, but the insurance she sells with all her cars covered it without any fuss. Still loving the car, and still think she runs the best little car yard in Sydney, period. Keep it up Natalia!!

I was very hesitant to trust another company after my first negative experience importing a vehicle from Japan through an importer who claim to be 'Australia's most trusted import broker'. That particular importer cost me a lot of money just to get the car on the road and even then when I received the vehicle from their compliancer, it was not roadworthy and required even more work/money to drive it home. That compliancer promotes themselves as 'an industry leader in imports'? So I can honestly say that my dealings with Natalia from BPM were an absolute delight. She walks the talk and delivers on what she promises. Quality vehicles to the clients specifications and budget. Open and honest communication at all times and a genuine respect for her customers. Purchased a 2005 Toyota Estima Premium V6 from Natalia at Best People Movers. Haven't had one regret from initial contact with Natalia to finally meeting her and making the purchase. She is very friendly and communication is brilliant. I normally purchase my vehicles privately but in this instance I wanted a vehicle with a bit of room unlike a lot of the SUV'S available today. I decided to take the plunge on the Toyota Estima and purchase the vehicle after reading good reviews about the company and the Estima's. As stated earlier it was the best decision I have ever made.
