Blog - Best People Movers - Sydney’s Best Dealership For Quality Japanese Imports!

Latest News

The world doesn’t need another boring motor dealer, right?

Today I’m starting my blog on Japanese Imports by sharing with you a fun list of all the JDM cars that I have owned with Igor since 1989 (yep, I've been stuck with the same guy since the evil empire/USSR times).

So, we drove both in Russia and here (no particular order):

MMC Pajero 1983 — All I remember is a bench instead of the seats in the middle row.

Toyota Mark 2 1985 and ‘93 — Fancy!

Toyota Crown 1993 — Very fancy and it has a super quiet cabin!

Toyota Carina 1991 — Stolen from my office parking 😟

Nissan Safari 1992 and ’93 — For our skiing, fishing, rafting and hunting expeditions. Oh ok, we didn’t really hunt, but had rifles with us. I remember I looked cool (still looking for at least one picture to prove it).

Toyota Celica 1983,’91 and ’94 (red!!!) — Yes, baby!

Nissan Skyline R33, 34 and 35 — 2 door and 4 door — Loved all of those cars.

Nissan Elgrand E50, E51 HWS series 3 and E52 HWS — Have to drive what you sell and they are so cool anyway!

And last, but not the least, our prized trade-in Toyota Estima 2005 V6 that Igor wouldn’t let go because it is #1 in the “Supportive Seat for Sore Backs” nomination category!

I hope you enjoyed! Now tell me, can you beat my JDM list? How many did you own? Were they fun to drive? You can say hello at info@bestpeoplemovers.com.au
